• Only unused products in their original packaging and with a purchase receipt are accepted.

• Returns of opened, hygiene, food, or personalized products are not accepted.

• Cash purchases: exchange is only allowed for another product of equal or greater value.

• The return must be made directly to the physical store.

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method (except cash).
